Travertine is a natural stone that forms slowly over time. Its pores and veining are not added later. They are part of the stone, which is why each travertine light has a surface of its own.

Travertine moves from cream to sand and honey. Next to a warm bulb, those tones keep a room feeling soft and calm, whether the light hangs over a table, sits by the bed or lights a wall.
Natural variation
No two stones are the same.
Veining, pores and tone change from one piece to the next, from pale cream to warm sand. That is the nature of the stone. The pattern on your light will be its own.

The surface of travertine is not perfectly even. Its small pores and fine veining are part of the stone, and they are what give each piece its character.

Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses in the contiguous United States: the 48 mainland states and Washington, D.C. We do not currently deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico or Guam) or military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO).
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery then takes 5 to 9 business days, for an estimated total of 6 to 12 business days from the date of your order. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on orders of $75 or more. Below $75, a flat rate of $4.95 applies. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay, and nothing else is added for shipping.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number with a link to follow your parcel. The first carrier scan sometimes shows up only several business days later, so no movement right after shipping is normal.
Can I return my light?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery. The light must be unused, uninstalled and sent back complete, with all parts and its original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can give you the return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

How do I care for a travertine light?
Switch the light off, then wipe the stone with a soft, dry cloth. Travertine is a natural stone made of calcium carbonate, which reacts with acids such as vinegar or lemon, so avoid acidic and abrasive cleaners. Its pores can take in liquids, so blot up any spill right away.
My light arrived damaged or wrong. What now?
Email us at support@westbrook-lighting.com right after you notice the problem, with your order number, a short description and clear photos of the item and its packaging. Keep the light and the box until we reply. Once the issue is confirmed, we send a replacement or a replacement part, or issue a refund, and if the item needs to come back, the return shipping is on us.
