How does pricing work for professionals?
Every trade request receives a personalized quote based on the products and quantities you need. List them in the form above and we reply by email with pricing and availability.
Is there a minimum order?
The trade program is designed for projects and multi-piece orders. Tell us the products and quantities you need, and we will confirm what we can offer.
Can you support a project from start to finish?
Yes. Send your full list in a single request: we check availability for every item and the total quantity, prepare one quote for the whole project and ship the order to the delivery address of your choice.
What are your delivery times?
Trade orders follow our usual delivery times: orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days, then delivered in 5 to 9 business days. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Will I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, every order comes with an itemized invoice. If your business has specific invoicing or sales tax requirements, such as a resale certificate, mention it in your request and we will confirm the options before you order.
Can I order samples before placing an order?
For some projects, we can look at sending a sample before a larger order. Mention it in your request and we will tell you what is possible.
Are bulbs included?
No, bulbs are not included with our fixtures. The compatible bulb type is shown on each product page.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. We deliver to addresses in the contiguous United States: the 48 mainland states and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO).
What is your return policy for trade orders?
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused, uninstalled and in their original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we send a replacement, or a refund if a replacement is not possible.
